It is applied after your board had a good wash in the sink and NOT IN THE DISHWASHER.

  • The oil soaks into the wood to offer it extra protection from drying out.
  • Pour a small amount of the oil onto the cutting board and rub it with a soft cloth.
  • Rub in the direction of the grain and coat the entire board including the sides.
  • Let the board dry before use.
  • Re-apply the oil monthly.
